GWEN STAFANI'S HEALTHY FOOD DEMANDS

Gwen Stefani's health-conscious tour demands include a buffet of organic fruit and vegetables, 30 bottles of branded vitamin water and organic tea.The 'Rich Girl' singer's buffet tour table - which must be covered with a white cloth - also includes organic cashew nuts, organic, unbleached almonds, 3 cucumbers, beet roots, carrots, spinach, parsley and celery, all accompanied by organic ranch dressing.The "organic fresh cut fruit tray" must include "seasonal berries, melons,fruits and a tropical assortment is also welcome". According to gossip website TMZ.com, Gwen - who is currently on her 'Sweet Escapade' tour - also insists on organic bananas, plums, apples and pears and a full set of silver wear.The rider also asks organisers to "please have menus of the best restaurants in the area available". To prepare for her concert mother-of-one Gwen also requires a "very bright white light", ten white towels and "four aroma therapy candles, all same scent please". Gwen, 37, recently confessed she has been on a diet since she was ten. She said: "I've always been on a diet, ever since I was in the sixth grade. It's an ongoing battle and it's a nightmare. But I like clothes too much, and I always wanted to wear the outfits I would make. And I'm very vain."I eat healthy stuff most of the time, but I let myself cheat once or twice a day with a cookie or pizza."

LILY ALLEN BORED OF UNITED STATES

Lily Allen has admitted that she is sick of singing songs from her debut album 'Alright, Still'. The singer, who is currently touring the LP in the US, said she is in two minds over whether to stay in the States or head home and write a second album. She wrote on her MySpace blog: "Life is weird at the moment. Is it really important to break America? If it is I have to write my life off for the next 9 months, playing the same gig answering the same questions to different journalists and such. It's either that or I could go home, sit on my boyfriend's sofa for a bit, then write a new album. What d'you reckon?" Allen went on: "As much as I love driving across America and doing the same thing every night, I'm bored slightly. It's the songs. Since January I've toured Japan, New Zealand and Australia, I've done a European tour, gone to Paris Fashion Week, done a UK tour and now I'm on a US tour which goes on until May. I don't know what to do."The singer's debut album recently went into the top 20 of the Billboard chart.
